Accessibility Statement

At Hotel LIVVO Fataga we work to ensure that anyone can use our website, regardless of their abilities or the technology they use.

This statement applies to the Hotel LIVVO Fataga website. We are committed to making it accessible in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act) and its transposition into Spanish law, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as our technical reference.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.1 level AA standard. Most criteria are met, although there are a few specific exceptions detailed below, which we continue to work on.

Measures taken

The accessibility measures already implemented on the website include:

  • Sufficient colour contrast between text and background (WCAG 1.4.3) and in interface elements, such as field borders and icons (1.4.11).
  • Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator (2.1.1, 2.4.7).
  • Skip-to-main-content link and a clear structure of landmarks and headings (2.4.1).
  • Focus contained within modal windows and returned to the originating element when they are closed (2.1.2, 2.4.3).
  • Alternative text on informative images (1.1.1).
  • Forms with associated labels and status messages announced to assistive technologies (1.3.1, 4.1.3).
  • Content that adapts without loss of information when zooming in and on small screens (1.4.10).

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not yet fully accessible:

  • Booking engine: the booking process is carried out through an external platform provided by a specialised supplier, whose accessibility does not depend directly on us. We are in contact with the supplier regarding its improvement.
  • Interactive maps: the location maps rely on a third-party service. Essential location information (address and directions) is also available in text form.
  • Testing with assistive technologies: full testing with screen readers (such as NVDA or VoiceOver) is ongoing, so some adjustments may still be pending.
